Requests and timing
GoalieGlove.ca normally responds within 8 hours after receiving a request. Pocket relacing, break-in, and full service normally take 3 to 7 days after the equipment is received and the service or quote is approved. Timing depends on the equipment's condition.
Local service and quotes
A local quote may change only if inspection shows that different work is needed and you approve the revised work and price before it is performed. Payment for local service is due at pickup.
Cancelling local service
You may cancel without a service charge before work begins. After work begins, you pay only for work already performed, materials actually supplied or committed without a reasonable way to recover the cost, and unavoidable costs already incurred. Any unused part of a prepayment is refunded. No cancellation penalty is added.
Unclaimed equipment
Equipment is marked unclaimed 14 days after the ready notice. Contact GoalieGlove.ca to arrange pickup. This status does not cause a storage fee, disposal, forfeiture, or transfer of ownership.
Defective or unauthorized work
Email [email protected]. The legal warranties and remedies provided by Quebec law apply and are not limited by these terms. GoalieGlove.ca does not impose a fixed duration on them.
Mail-in service within Canada
Mail-in is available across Canada for goalie catching gloves. You choose “Mail it in” in the online request, receive the shipping address by text, and ship with tracking at your own cost with any carrier. Return shipping is a flat $25 CAD added to your invoice.

Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights prevail over these terms.
