What the work includes

Controlled temperature: Controlled temperature variation is used during the work.
Minor adjustments: Minor glove adjustments are included where needed.
Targeted tension work: Lacing, tightness, and tension points are adjusted as part of the break-in.

Local drop-off or mail-in

Drop your glove at Sports aux Puces Aylmer (Galeries Aylmer, 181 rue Principale, Gatineau) during store hours (Mon–Fri 10–5, Sat–Sun 10–4) with your printed order sheet. You can also drop it off in Aylmer by confirmed appointment, with the private address shared once your time is confirmed. Outside the area? Ship your glove with tracking through our mail-in service.

Timing

Reply: Within 8 hours.
Normal service time: 3 to 7 days after the glove is received and the service is approved.
