How mail-in works
- 1. Request online
- Pick your service in the request form and choose “Mail it in”.
- 2. We text you the address
- You get a text with the shipping address and next steps.
- 3. Ship with tracking
- Send the glove with a tracked service, at your cost, with any carrier you like.
- 4. We service and ship it back
- Return shipping is a flat $25 CAD added to your invoice — nothing to figure out.
Before mailing it in
Inbound shipping is at your cost with the carrier of your choice; use a tracked service. Service times are the same as local work once the glove arrives.
