GoalieGlove.ca collects only the information needed to answer your request, arrange the service, and follow up with you. By default, a service request includes one Google review text after the service is complete. You can turn it off before submitting the form. Your information is not used for other marketing.

How information is used
GoalieGlove.ca uses your information to answer service questions, prepare and coordinate your request, prevent duplicate actions, and investigate failures. After you submit, GoalieGlove.ca may contact you about your request by text, phone, or email. If your saved choice remains on, one text with a Google review link may be sent after the service is complete.
Google review follow-up
Your service request includes one neutral text with a Google review link after the service is complete. This option is on by default and appears before you submit the form. You can turn it off. GoalieGlove.ca stores the notice shown to you, your choice, phone number, language, request source, and the time you made that choice.
To turn off only the Google review text and keep receiving service texts, email [email protected] and say that you do not want the review text. Replying STOP stops all texts from this number, including service messages.

Service providers and calls
OpenAI processes chat and live phone-voice interactions. Twilio processes requested service text messages and phone calls when those channels are enabled. Call audio is processed only while a phone call is active. GoalieGlove.ca does not intentionally store raw call audio, but a text transcript may be saved for service follow-up.
When the private Telegram owner inbox is enabled, it receives a working copy of incoming email content, the sender's contact details, subject, attachment metadata, and thread identifiers so the owner can manage and answer the message. Telegram processes that copy, but GoalieGlove.ca keeps the official conversation and delivery record.
Google Analytics is optional. It is not loaded unless you choose “Allow analytics.” When allowed, Google Analytics uses cookies to report page visits, approximate city, traffic source, device and browser details, and service-request steps. GoalieGlove.ca does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, form answers, chat, or repair photos to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled.
Retention and protection
The site records service-funnel events for service selection, intake start, recoverable error, and the first successful saved submission. Each record contains only a random event ID, a fixed event name, browser or server source, homepage or service-page surface, en or fr-CA locale, a bounded fixed-price service ID, the bounded regional program gta, montreal, or laval when applicable, bounded error stage and class when applicable, and creation time. It contains no cookie, session or visitor ID, IP address, user agent, referrer, path, URL, query, request or intake ID, contact or form value, free text, or error message. Repair quotes and chat are not part of this measurement.
First-party conversion events are deleted after 90 days. GoalieGlove.ca also uses cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic pageview reporting. If you allow Google Analytics, its event and user data retention is set to 14 months. Its _ga cookies may remain for up to two years unless you change your choice or clear them. Unpromoted service requests and repair quote requests are kept for up to 30 days, along with any attached repair photos. Processed provider payloads and eligible transcripts are kept up to 90 days. Contact details and service notes are pseudonymized 730 days after all orders close or are cancelled. Incident and audit evidence is kept for at least five years. Verified backups roll off after 30 retained snapshots.
Your choices
You can allow or refuse Google Analytics without affecting the site or service forms. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. You may also ask what personal information is held, request a copy of the records linked to your verified customer profile, ask for a correction, withdraw optional consent, or request deletion subject to active service and legal requirements. An email conversation that is not linked to that profile may be missing from the customer export and may not be deleted automatically. Include the sender's address and message details in your request so the conversation can be found and handled separately. Email [email protected]. Identity is verified before access or deletion. Target response time is 30 days.
